Developing Experience through Audit and Tax Internships
At Brown Plus, we value our interns for their contributions to our team and look to hire many of our interns into full-time positions. In fact, some of our Principals today started their careers as interns at Brown Plus.
The Brown Plus internship program was developed to help students gain valuable experience and insight into the everyday environment of a public accounting firm. In our part-time, six to eight week program, you will have the opportunity to perform meaningful work with a dynamic group of highly skilled professionals who are committed to providing top quality client service, gaining exposure to various industries all while having direct contact with our clients.

Brown Plus Emerging Professionals
The Brown Plus Emerging Professionals (BEP) Group was established to provide our emerging professionals within the Firm with peer guidance and support towards career growth. The aim of the program is to provide events, education and resources that promote collaboration, professional development and networking. The program is open to any team member, including interns, who have zero through eight years of professional experience and are at the Supervisor level or below.
Our emerging professionals gather for our Professional Growth Series, which tackles topics like communication, teamwork, difficult conversations and panels with Managers and Principals at our Firm, as well as bond as team members with happy hours, volunteering and fun activities like cornhole.

Find the Right Path: Exploring Accounting for High School and College Students
We know that students need more exposure to accounting as a successful field of study in order to get more students to enroll, as well as create a more diverse profession. The Find the Right Path two-part video series educates high school and college students on the accounting profession, educational careers and the ins and outs of a career in accounting.
